Though my office is situated in Ashland City, I regularly appear in other Middle Tennessee courts, including Davidson, Dickson, Montgomery, and Robertson. I am ready to defend your rights in any court. I successfully handle matters in General Sessions, Probate, Circuit, and Juvenile courts. Cases include misdemeanors, felonies, custody and divorce matters, inheritance and probate, wills and estate planning, and real estate disputes. Having been admitted to the bar in 2010, I am capable and ready to put my experience to work for you.

It is said that knowledge is power. This is true in law as well. Knowledge of the law AND knowledge of the facts. Many times you might see an attorney who knows the law but does not truly know his or her client and the facts that led them to court. Sometimes, though, you may have a passionate representative who knows every detail of your case but does not know how to apply the law. I can do both. I will listen and learn the facts better than anyone else involved in the case, while also knowing and explaining the law to you in terms you can understand.
