Family and Juvenile Law.

Children are the world’s most valuable resource and its best hope for the future.

Family and Juvenile Law.

Nothing means more to us than our families. We will stop at nothing to protect them. When you are facing a divorce or custody dispute, you need an experienced, compassionate lawyer on your side. When you are establishing paternity or completing an adoption, you need an attorney who will work for you.

Unfortunately, there are times that family matters cannot be worked out between the parties. There is sadness, anger, hurt, or perhaps even safety concerns. During these times of high emotions, I can make sure your rights are protected and walk you through the process to a new and better chapter of life. If you need to file for divorce, to modify parenting time or child support, or are planning to adopt a child, you can rely on me to handle the legal aspect so that you can focus on the most important thing, your family. I will use my experience to make sure you get the time with your children that you are entitled to and any property you are entitled to. I will work for you in Cheatham, Dickson, Robertson, Davidson, and other Middle Tennessee counties so you can put your family back together.

I have a heart for children and their security. I have worked for many years in Juvenile Court and also as a classroom teacher. I have seen first hand how creating permanency for children in a safe and loving home is one of the most important things we can do to raise happy, healthy children. I can assist you with establishing paternity, creating and enforcing parenting time and custody, filing petitions to protect children from abuse and neglect, defending your parental rights against frivolous allegations, or assisting with adoptions. Every child deserves a safe place to call home.

“Defend the weak and the fatherless, uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy.”
